Property management data: properties, leases, receipts, payments, documents and messages you enter into the app.

Technical data: connection logs and information required for the proper operation and security of the service.

Your data is processed to provide the property management service, manage your account, secure access and respond to your requests.

Processing is based on the performance of our contract, on your consent where required, and on our legal obligations.

Your data is kept for as long as you use the service, then for the period required to comply with our legal and accounting obligations.

After that, it is deleted or anonymized.

Your data is never sold. Access is strictly partitioned by role: a tenant can only access their own information.

We rely on technical subcontractors (hosting, email delivery) bound by confidentiality and security commitments.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, as well as the right to object.

Your documents remain exportable at any time from your space. To exercise your rights, write to privacy@locazain.com.
