Creating an account is free and commitment-free. No credit card is required to get started.
I am not comfortable with computers, is it complicated?
No. The interface is simple, available in French and English, and your account is ready in 2 minutes. If you can send an email, you can use Locazain.
Do my tenants have to pay anything?
No. Your tenants access their space for free: lease, receipts, payments and maintenance requests.
Can I delegate my properties to an agency?
Yes. The mandate system lets you delegate management to an agency while keeping full visibility over your portfolio. You can revoke a mandate at any time.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Access is strictly partitioned by role, connections are encrypted, and your documents remain exportable at any time.
My tenants pay with Wave or Orange Money: does Locazain handle that?
Yes. Your tenant pays through whichever channel they prefer — Wave, Orange Money, Free Money, bank transfer or cash — and you record the payment in Locazain. The instalment turns green, the PDF receipt is generated automatically and the tenant gets their confirmation. Collecting Mobile Money directly inside the platform is in the works.
How do the WhatsApp notifications work?
Locazain sends the rent notice, the late-payment reminder, the receipt availability and the invitation to join the platform over WhatsApp, in French or English. Each tenant gives explicit consent from their account and can withdraw it at any time; emails keep going out in parallel.
I live abroad — can I manage my properties in Senegal from home?
That is exactly the use case. You track rents, leases and incidents from anywhere, your amounts stay in FCFA (or euros), and you can mandate a local agency for day-to-day management while keeping full visibility over your portfolio.
