What we are often asked
Why is the software free for agencies?
Because the agency is not the one suffering from the problem. The absent owner is the one who needs to see, and the service is aimed at them. Charging the agency a licence would mean taxing our own distribution channel.
Does the tenant pay anything?
No, never. The tenant account is free and will stay that way.
Do you work outside Senegal?
Our legal grounding is OHADA, shared by seventeen countries. Senegal is our starting market; the wider region will follow.
Can I get my data back?
Yes, at any time, as an export. Your leases, your receipts and your journals belong to you.
What happens if I stop?
You export everything, and your account is closed on request. No minimum term, no penalty.
What if I miss an instalment?
You get a reminder ten days before the due date, then your access stays open for three days past it. After that it is suspended, never deleted: your properties, leases and receipts wait for you and come back as soon as you pay. Without a European card, a bank transfer has exactly the same effect.
