Your landlord or their agency uses Locazain. Your account is where you find your receipts, know what you owe, and keep proof of the condition of the property for the day you move out.
What Locazain does

What Locazain does not do
The service costs you nothing
- No subscription and no admin fee for you
- Nothing is taken from your account: you pay your rent exactly as you do today
- No message goes out without your consent, and you can withdraw it
- Your file is visible only to your landlord and their agency
Your best protection
The inspection in photos, dated and unalterable
On the day you leave, this is what separates normal wear from damage. It is the document that is almost always missing when a deposit is withheld.
- Photos are timestamped by the server when they are uploaded
- Neither you nor the landlord can alter them afterwards
- They stay available in your account after you move out
Frequently asked questions
Do my tenants have to pay anything?
No. Your tenants access their space for free: lease, receipts, payments and maintenance requests.
How do the WhatsApp notifications work?
Locazain sends the rent notice, the late-payment reminder, the receipt availability and the invitation to join the platform over WhatsApp, in French or English. Each tenant gives explicit consent from their account and can withdraw it at any time; emails keep going out in parallel.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Access is strictly partitioned by role, connections are encrypted, and your documents remain exportable at any time.
