Today, you record the payments you receive and Locazain keeps the journal. Tomorrow, reconciled collection will match each Wave or Orange Money transaction to its instalment automatically.

The tenant pays you as usual. You record the amount and its reference, the instalment turns green and the receipt goes out.

Reconciled collection
Mobile money transactions will come in automatically and match their instalments, with their reference. The Wave and Orange Money adapters are built; opening them depends on a merchant agreement that is not signed yet.

Notice and reminder
A WhatsApp message before the due date, a reminder if it passes.
Recording
The payment received is matched to its instalment, with its reference.
Receipt and statement
A sealed PDF for the tenant, a calculated and evidenced net for the owner.
Consent
No message without explicit agreement
The tenant accepts WhatsApp notifications when they are invited, and can switch them off at any time. Without consent, the notice stays in their account and you are told.
